Fisk Transportation Group Sponsors Relay For Life Kickoff Celebration

The American Cancer Society kicked off the 25th year of Relay For Life with a celebration at Ozark Technical Community College on January 15, 2009. Fisk Transportation Group sponsored parking lot shuttle service to the participants who were parked at the Jordon Valley Car Park.

Fisk Transportation Group has sponsored transportation for 3 years. The American Cancer Society has a variety of activities that occur throughout the year and Relay For Life is the largest community wide event. Howard Fisk supports this and other projects of the American Cancer Society, "because they are an important health organization that provides services to a wide cross section of our community. Cancer is a terrible and unforgiving menace to our citizens and I am happy to help with anything that I can do to help. My daughter, Hillary chaired the High School Relay and was involved for 3 years and feels that the Relay For Life program is of great value to our community."
